I would love to work with you!!! Together we will explore the core of your business. Without commitment nothing happens, so if you're willing to give me creative freedom according to your goals and inspiration, let's get this project started!

We will begin with a chat over email, a call or video chat! We'll have a one hour consult to review and address any questions you may have. Once we've had that initial discussion and we have locked in a start date, I’ll send you a quote to be approved, you'll receive a contract to sign, followed by an invoice for a deposit. The non-refundable deposit is due before any work commences, and is required to book your spot on my calendar.

Just like information-gathering, the planning step of website is a critical part of launching an entire new website. I'll send you a questionnaire/s to fill out about your business, your audience and your vision. After you have filled it in, this will become our Project Brief from your answers, all while keeping your vision and dream client in mind, and then we'll send over a lovely draft for you to review!

Once your project brief is signed off and ready to be implemented, you will send your content in an email so I can begin working on your design. Will open up a cloud folder to keep our work collaboratively, next up is our clients' favourite, feedback and revisions.

Using your brief as a guide, I will start to create concepts and draft out designs. What makes this process so simple is that you can submit feedback from any device, anytime, anywhere using your client portal. You will have 3 business days to make and send feedback, and I will make the edits from there until you are 100% happy with the look

After you have signed off on any final designs for (Websites Design, Graphic Design or Digital Marketing) I will package up any files or transfer your new site to you, and complete the project. Finally, sit back  relax while I put all the pieces together for you. You're just a few short weeks away from introducing your perfect new brand to your people. After, launch celebration, I will showcase it on my website and social media channels.
